COUD program

The COUD program enables workers in landscaping or pruning to upgrade their skills, or job seekers to move into these sectors, thanks to fast-paced, work-study training paying up to $25.00/hour.

Paysagement Trottier is proud to be a partner of the COUD program and to support its employees and future employees who wish to participate in the program.

The COUD program is a short-term, paid, work-study training program leading to a vocational diploma.

In the horticultural field, the program is offered for the following Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS):

  • Landscaping

    (1,035 paid hours, of which around 40% on the job)

Lasting 10 months, the program enables participants to be paid not only during their working hours at the company, but also during their training.
